Who our support is for
Our services are primarily for men aged 16–45 from Black, Asian and minority ethnic communities across the UK who:
- Are experiencing mental health or emotional wellbeing challenges
- Feel isolated, under pressure, or overwhelmed
- Would benefit from peer support, shared understanding, or guidance
- Are seeking culturally informed, non-judgemental spaces to talk openly and safely
What support looks like
Support through YANG SELI may include:
- Peer mentoring and lived-experience support
- Facilitated group discussions (online and in person)
- Practical workshops, activities, and wellbeing-focused sessions
All support is delivered in a way that is respectful, inclusive, trauma-aware, and culturally sensitive.
What we do not provide
YANG SELI does not provide:
- Clinical diagnosis or treatment
- Emergency or crisis mental health care
